Kwatsi Bay Marina serves boaters and kayakers from its location on the central BC Coast, off Tribune Channel at the edge of the Broughton Archipelago. This offering is for two leases, one for the foreshore area and one where the upland improvements are located. The upland lease is for 1.31 hectares while the foreshore lease is for 0.65 hectares. Services at the marina include moorage, water, wifi, gift shop and community space. A ramp leading to a boardwalk connects the marina to the land and onsite improvements. The residence at the top of the dock is the owners' home. This 2 bedroom residence with loft features an open living space with a nook, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a propane cook stove and electric fridge, while the living room has a Fisher wood stove. Fir flooring and fir casings on the windows give the home west coast styling. The hydro shed houses the alternator, battery bank and invertor system as well as the water treatment system consisting of a 165 gallon water tank and three filters. The workshop right next to the hydro shed is a 24 x 18ft building with a main floor and small room upstairs. The downstairs has a Fisher wood stove. There is also a firewood shed. A 60ft galvanized steel ramp leads down to 500ft of dock and 4 floats. One float holds the gift shop, a 14 x 28ft building. There is also a small 18 x 11ft shed on one of the other floats. There are two water systems to the dock, one with filtered water and one unfiltered fresh water.
